2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

Username/display name
Password (encrypted)
Date of birth (for age verification)
Profile information you choose to provide

2.2 Photos and Images

When you upload photos to create your anime-style avatar, we process these images using AI technology. Your original photos are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers after avatar generation is complete.

2.3 Chat and Conversation Data

We collect and store your conversations with AI companions to:

Provide personalized AI responses
Maintain conversation history and context ("memory")
Improve the quality of AI interactions
Enable features you have requested

Your chat data is processed by AI services to generate responses. We do not use your private conversations for advertising purposes.

2.4 Voice Data

If you use voice features, we process your voice input to convert speech to text and generate AI voice responses. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored.

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

Device information (device type, operating system)
App usage statistics
IP address and general location (country/region)
Crash reports and performance data

Provide and maintain the App's features and services
Create and manage your AI companion avatars

4. Third-Party Services and Data Transfers

To provide our services, we share data with the following third-party service providers:

4.1 AI Processing Services

Google (Gemini API): Processes your text conversations to generate AI responses. Your messages are sent to Google's servers in the United States for processing.

4.2 Voice Services

Fish Audio: Provides text-to-speech services for AI voice responses.

4.3 Image Processing

We use AI image generation services to convert your photos into anime-style avatars. Your photos are transmitted to these services for processing and are deleted after avatar generation.

4.4 Infrastructure Services

Supabase: Provides database and authentication services
Apple App Store: Processes payments for subscriptions

                Cross-Border Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Singapore, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the PDPA.
            

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services:

Account data is retained while your account is active
Conversation history is retained to maintain AI memory features
Photos uploaded for avatar creation are deleted after processing
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days

6. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the Singapore PDPA, you have the right to:

Access your personal data held by us
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Withdraw consent for data processing
Request deletion of your personal data
